Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal data of users of the mobile application and web service TANEESH (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.2. The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other applicable acts.

1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms consent to the terms of the Policy. Disagreement entails the impossibility of using the Service.

1.4. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are allowed to use the Service.

2.1. Basic data:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Photo
• Phone number
• Email
• Location

2.2. Profile data (voluntarily provided):

• Status (dating, relationships, friendship, communication, companionship, events)
• Interests (outdoor activities, movies, concerts, food, travel, technology, games, etc.)
• Height
• Worldview / religious views
• Zodiac sign
• Education (secondary, higher, PhD)
• Having children
• Attitude towards alcohol
• Attitude towards smoking
• Language proficiency

2.3. Automatically collected data:

• IP address, device type, OS, application version
• Cookies and similar technologies
• Application activity logs
• Errors, crashes, application performance reports

2.4. Biometric data:

• Photo/face image for verification.

2.5. The Service does not collect and does not require special categories of personal data (political views, health, criminal record), unless the User indicates them independently.

Registration and identification of users.

Providing access to application functionality.

Content personalization and recommendations.

Support and moderation.

Ensuring security and preventing fraud.

Conducting analytics and improving service quality.

Sending notifications (service, informational, advertising — with consent).

4.1. Data is processed only with the User's consent, except in cases directly provided for by law.

4.2. Data is stored until account deletion, consent withdrawal, or achievement of processing purposes.

4.3. Storage is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.4. Anonymized data may be used for analytics.

The User has the right to

• receive information about their data,
• make changes or delete data,
• withdraw consent, demand blocking or deletion of the account,
• contact authorized bodies.

6.1. The User is obliged to provide accurate data.

6.2. The Service is not responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the User.

6.3. In case of violation of conditions (using other people's photos, false data, aggressive behavior, distribution of prohibited content), the Service has the right to block the User without refund.

7.1. Data may be transferred to:

• government agencies upon lawful requests;
• Service partners — strictly within the scope necessary for service provision;
• advertising and analytical services — only in anonymized form.

7.2. Cross-border data transfer is not carried out.

The Operator applies organizational and technical security measures (encryption, access restriction, audit, storage in certified data centers of Uzbekistan).

9.1. Registration is possible only from the age of 18.

9.2. If false age is suspected, the operator has the right to request identification documents.

9.3. Children and persons under 18 must stop using the service.

The Operator has the right to change the Policy unilaterally. The new version is published in the application and takes effect from the moment of publication.
