User Agreement of TANEESH LLC

1.1. The Operator provides access to the Service functionality: creating and managing a profile, communication between users, access to partner offers, paid features and notifications.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is registration, clicking "Register/Accept/Continue" or actual use of the Service.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, a paid service agreement is concluded between the Operator and the User.

"Operator" — TANEESH LLC.

"User" — an individual who has accepted the Agreement.

"Partner" — a person placing offers (events/goods/services) in the Service.

"Event" — any event/service posted by a Partner.

"Content" — any information, materials and data posted in the Service.

"Subscription" — paid access to extended functionality for a period.

"Additional options" — paid functions outside of Subscription.

"Account" — a set of User data for accessing the Service.

3.1. The Service is available only to persons 18+ and legally capable to the extent necessary for concluding a contract.

3.2. The Operator has the right to request confirmation of age/identity (document, photo verification, comparison of selfie with profile photo) and suspend access until verification is complete.

3.3. If it is impossible to confirm age/identity, as well as when minors are identified, access is blocked without refund.

3.4. Persons under 18 should not provide any data to the Operator.

4.1. The User is obliged to provide accurate and current data and maintain them in such condition.

4.2. The User is responsible for keeping the login/password secure and any actions in the account after authorization.

4.3. Duplicate accounts, bypassing blocks, using other people's accounts are prohibited; such accounts are deleted.

4.4. When losing control of the account, the User must immediately notify the Operator.

5.1. The User is obliged to comply with legislation, the Agreement and respect the rights of third parties.

5.2. It is prohibited to post/distribute:

• pornography, sexual scenes involving minors;
• propaganda of violence, terrorism, extremism, illegal drug trafficking, weapons;
• materials inciting hatred/enmity, degrading honor and dignity, containing insults;
• information violating intellectual property rights, trade secrets and personal secrets;
• spam, fraudulent/phishing links, trojans, bots and other malicious activity;
• personal data of third parties without their consent;
• advertising and offers of paid sexual services;
• other things contrary to law and/or this Agreement.

5.3. Use of the Service for hidden/explicit commercial purposes without the consent of the Operator is prohibited.

5.4. The Operator has the right to delete content and block access in case of violations. Examples of violations are listed in Appendix A.

Examples of violations: fake photos/age; mass mailing of links; threats; re-registration after blocking; publication of other people's numbers/addresses without consent.

6.1. The Operator does not organize Events and does not guarantee the quality of Partners' offers.

6.2. The Operator does not conduct criminal background checks on Users and does not personally identify each User.

6.3. Any meetings/contacts of Users outside the Service are carried out at their own risk.

7.1. The terms, price and validity period of Subscription/options are indicated in the payment interface. Prices may change; the current price is shown before payment.

7.2. Payment is made through available payment services (for example, Payme, Click, UzumPay) and/or app store platforms (Google Play / App Store).

7.3. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions issued through app stores may be automatically renewed for the next period according to the rules of the respective store. Auto-renewal is disabled by the User themselves in the store settings before the charge date.

7.4. Non-payment/cancellation of payment results in suspension of access to paid functions.

7.5. In case of violation of the Agreement, access may be terminated without refund of paid amounts (see clause 12.4).

8.1. Refund of funds is possible in case of technical error due to the fault of the Operator, which resulted in the impossibility of access to paid functions, when applying within 30 calendar days.

8.2. Refunds for transactions in app stores are carried out in accordance with their policies.

8.3. No refunds are made on other grounds, unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory provisions of law.

8.4. In case of chargeback, the Operator has the right to restrict access to the Service until circumstances are clarified and/or charge the cost of services provided upon confirmation of the Operator's good faith.

9.1. All rights to the Application (design, code, databases, logos, interface texts) belong to the Operator or are used under licenses.

9.2. The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3. The User retains rights to their uploaded content, while simultaneously granting the Operator a free, non-selective, worldwide license to reproduce, store, technically process and display content within the framework of the Service operation.

9.4. Prohibited: reverse engineering, modification, copying, distribution, public demonstration, sale or other use of Service elements without written consent of the Operator.

10.1. The Operator may carry out preventive/subsequent moderation, as well as delete content based on complaints or on their own initiative.

10.2. Complaints are sent through the Service interface or to taneeshuz@gmail.com.

10.3. Repeat violators may receive permanent blocking.

10.4. Inactive accounts (12+ months) and outdated content (12+ months) may be deleted.

11.1. The Service requires compatible devices/OS and internet access.

11.2. The Operator may release updates, change/remove functions and conduct maintenance with temporary access restrictions.

11.3. Beta functions are provided "as is" without performance guarantees.

12.1. The User is personally responsible for the data provided (including age, photos and other information) and the consequences of their inaccuracy.

12.2. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not guarantee continuity, error-free operation, compliance with subjective expectations.

12.3. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of Users and Partners, communication failures, third-party software/equipment and consequences of meetings outside the Service.

12.4. In case of violation of the Agreement, bypassing blocks, using false data, the Operator has the right to terminate access without refund.

12.5. The total liability of the Operator is limited to the amount of one basic calculation value (BCV), unless otherwise established by mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.1. Processing of personal data is carried out according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" and the TANEESH Privacy Policy.

13.2. Separate consents are required for marketing notifications, geolocation processing, photo/biometric processing, cross-border transfer (if any).

13.3. The User agrees to receive service notifications (mandatory) and advertising messages (with the possibility of opting out through settings).

14.1. The Service may contain third-party links/SDKs. The Operator does not control their policies and is not responsible for their actions.

14.2. Third-party advertising is published by them under their own responsibility; the Operator does not guarantee its accuracy and usefulness.

The Operator is not liable for non-performance/delay in performance caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, wars, riots, acts of government agencies, mass failures in power/communication networks, other things beyond reasonable control.

16.1. The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to the Agreement.

16.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached — in court at the place of registration of the Operator.

17.1. The Operator has the right to change the Agreement unilaterally. The new version comes into effect from the moment of publication in the Service/on the website.

17.2. By continuing to use the Service after publication of changes, the User confirms agreement with the new version.

18.1. The invalidity of a separate provision does not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.

18.2. Failure to perform or delay in exercising rights is not considered a waiver of rights.

18.3. The Operator has the right to assign rights/obligations to third parties; the User — only with written consent of the Operator.

18.4. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

18.5. Versions of the Agreement in Russian and Uzbek are possible; in case of discrepancies, priority is given to the version indicated by the Operator as priority (by default — Russian), unless otherwise prescribed by law.

A.2. Uploading other people's/heavily edited photos with the intent to mislead.

A.3. Sending links to external resources for fraud/phishing.

A.4. Publishing other people's contacts/addresses without consent.

A.5. Insults, threats, harassment, inciting hatred.

A.6. Bypassing blocking by creating a new account.

A.7. Attempts to hack, interfere with the Service, use bots.

A.8. Advertising paid sexual services or other illegal commercial activity.
